当社従業員メールアカウントの不正アクセスに関するお詫びと注意喚起
平素は格別のご高配を賜り、厚く御礼申し上げます。
この度、弊社従業員のメールアカウントの第三者による不正アクセス（乗っ取り）が発生し、以下のような迷惑メールが大量に送信されていたことが判明いたしました。これらのメールは、弊社の情報漏えいによるものではなく、また、弊社の従業員が送信したものではございません。
迷惑メールを受信された皆様には、多大なるご迷惑をおかけしましたことを深くお詫び申し上げます。
現在は当該アカウントの削除およびセキュリティ対策を講じております。
お心当たりのある方は、当該メールに記載されたリンクのクリック・添付されたファイルの開封・メールへの返信はお控えいただき、そのまま削除してくださいますようお願いいたします。
何卒ご理解とご協力を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。
